Rebecca’s background makes her exceptionally adept at Recovery Coaching.
She grew up in a toxic home environment and lost family members to addiction and mental illness. She has been in recovery in a 12-Step program since she was 24. She lived four years in a Yoga International Community. She has studied Native American ways of being in recovery in the natural world.
Rebecca was the first person through Fielding Graduate University's Evidenced Based Coaching for Personal Development program in 2014.
She completedCrossroads Recovery Coaching program in 2011. Her Masters in Education in Instructional Design is from Western Governors University. She did her coursework in Addiction Studies at Edmonds Community College and NW Indian College in WA State. She took Yoga Teacher training at Ananda School of Yoga and Meditation. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a minor in Communications.
Rebecca rose to the top of her field while working as an Executive Director, Marketing Director, Internal Executive Coach, Clinical Family Interventionist and Yoga Therapist for 22 years in Washington State addiction treatment programs. She worked in six treatment centers
with Alumni Associations creating innovative pathways to real recovery! She also owned a Seattle-based marketing/consulting firm for 12 years.
